In response to queries we’re getting on what to do if you’re at home when we arrive to deliver your scheduled clean, please find the following guidelines.
WHAT YOU COULD DO
- Our preference is that you leave the home while we deliver the service;
- If unable to leave the home, we request that you isolate yourself to a room, preferably the last room that we would clean;
- Remember social distancing guidelines;
- Remember to leave your clean microfibre cloths out, if you have purchased your own;
- Make sure the team know where to leave the dirty cloths once your home has been cleaned.
WHAT WE WILL DO
- Arrive wearing disposable gloves;
- Wear face masks, if you have requested them to be worn by your cleaning team;
- Provide you with a clean set of cloths, if you haven’t yet purchased your own;
- Place purchased cloths into your laundry trough or bucket;
- Wipe down all light fittings and door-knobs before we leave.
Some people often look down on cleaners as if they have no goals, no qualifications or drive. Yet regardless of if they have those things or not, in today’s climate they are the foundation of safeguarding all of us and our loved ones to live in a clean and healthy home.
